No server to run
Running FreeSWITCH means a server of your own: installing it, applying security updates, backing up the configuration, keeping it reachable, and connecting phone lines to it. With YunZheng Voice the phone system is hosted on Orbit. You set it up in the console — extensions, menus, ring groups, queues, business hours and voicemail — and people answer in the browser, on desk phones or in phone apps.
Bring your own phone lines if you have them, or use numbers from the platform. Calls between YunZheng Voice numbers stay inside the service.

Calls in the browser
A dial pad and a call screen with mute, hold, transfer, keypad tones and on-demand recording, with nothing to install.
Incoming calls
A ringing notification even when the tab is in the background; answer or decline from it.
Several extensions
Switch between the extensions you were given, the way you switch between mailboxes.
Voicemail
Listen in the page, mark messages heard, delete them, get an email when one arrives, and record your own greeting.
Call history
Every call placed, received and missed, with its length, one click to call back, and recordings where the call was recorded.
Forwarding and do not disturb
Forward always, when busy or when unanswered; choose how long the phone rings; turn on do not disturb for a quiet hour.

Sign in to and out of the queues you answer, from the same page.

A free YunZheng Voice number that rings every extension you add to it, wherever each of them is, and that other internet phone services can call.

Start in a minute
- Get an extension. In an organisation, ask the administrator of its phone system to assign one to your YunZheng account's email address; on your own, set up a free personal phone system with one extension in the Orbit console — Voice takes you there.
- Sign in to Voice with that account. The extension is yours from the first sign-in; allow the microphone when the browser asks.
- Make a call. The next time you come back signed in, Voice opens straight into your calls.
